Further Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Legislators

Property layouts for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also contained in this latest document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing distinct sections of the estate.

Alongside this are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.

More documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
